The company behind your home
About us.
Chrestenson Construction Inc. brings personal attention to residential construction and remodeling in Santa Barbara and Montecito.
Building since 2004
Good work starts
with good people.
A home is more than a set of plans. It is a place to live, gather, and make your own. Our work starts with listening to what matters to you and understanding the details of your project.
We bring homeowners, architects, designers, and skilled trades together around a shared plan. From the structure behind the walls to the finish of a cabinet, we care about how every part comes together.
